Collingwood’s only independent dental hygiene clinic.

Five years ago the Ontario government gave the go ahead for Registered Dental Hygienists’ to work independently allowing greater access to preventive dental care for all people. This also allows you to choose who takes care of your dental hygiene needs (just as you can for massage, physio, chiropractic).

Harbour Dental Hygiene was welcomed into the Circle of Care by the other local medical and dental professionals thus making referrals when necessary very easy.

Laura Woodhouse has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for many years- 25 locally. She continues on the long standing tradition of quality care for all her clients and takes pride in the ability to spend time with each person, so they get the most out of their appointment.

The office offers preventative dental care including oral assessments, oral cancer exams, cleaning, gum (periodontal) treatment, polishing, fluoride, desensitizing, mouthguards and whitening.
We are centrally located across from the museum, and can offer regular preventative care or one time visits for people visiting or in need of a “clean up” for a special event.
Many of our clients find our office convenient after they move to the area and are reluctant to give up their long time dentist but don’t want the long drive back for their “cleanings” thus allowing them to not miss a day on the slopes or on the course!
